It's just an misunderstanding between you and your customer, and it's not so suitable for you to explain this case to UL.
* a K) T4 E& p! E/ NBy the way, I think the VN has already been issued at your customers' side, and hold the shipment . Normally if VN was issued and hold shipment happened, then UL will ask:

! a3 K$ E& l+ X2. Rework the VN, change the label and let it can fufill the UL's requirements, that means your customer must change the label supplier to another one which has the PGJI2/8 approval.

so in this case, you can try to solve this problem as the above-mentioned ways. and don't be afraid of, everything can be solved.
