and therefore are not required to have basic, supplementary or reinforced insulation. Electric
shock hazard is considered to exist only between parts of opposite polarity.

This annex does not apply to battery chargers which are covered by IEC 60335-2-29.
这句话已经说得很明白了,正如你所说,不考虑充电器.

这句话的意思很明白呀!
就是说,在考核电池包的爬电距离,电器间隙和穿通距离时,必须在电池包插在充电器上时的状态来考虑!

看你的产品电源线插头是三岔还是两岔，三岔就是一类，两岔就二类，绝对没有三类的。
